I finally had to give over to real food and leave the gels and sugary bars to the run. On the bike I ended up eating 3 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. (2 that were at the start and 1 in my special needs bags) Pretzel goldfish (great for salt and calories) and I had salt and vinegar Pringles in my special needs bag....YUM!!! I kept all of this down.
